The Threat to Our Life, Freedom & Sovereignty:
The Biden Administration has proposed amendments to the World Health Organization (WHO) Pandemic Treaty. These amendments are designed to further strip us of our rights and sovereignty, and give total totalitarian control to WHO over all pandemic decisions for the USA (and world-member nations). The World Health Assembly is slated to vote on these amendments between May 22-28th. A draft text of the Treaty is expected on 1 August 2022. We The People must take action to stop this blatant attack on the Constitution of the United States.

Background Source: America's Frontline Doctors: On January 18, 2022, the United States of America through the Biden administration and Loyce Pace of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, quietly submitted proposed amendments to WHO’s International Health Regulation (IHR).

The proposed amendments are on the agenda for approval for the World Health Assembly (WHA), the governing legislative body for WHO, to be held May 22-28, 2022. Representatives from 194 member states (which represent 98 percent of all the countries in the world) will be present at the meeting.

The proposed amendments were not made known to the public until Sunday, April 10, 2022 (3 months later!), whereupon WHO acted stealthily with a virtually non-existent public participation process.

The WHO invited video and written submissions from the public which were due by 5:00 p.m. on April 13, 2022 - only 3 days later!

If the proposed amendments are allowed to pass, there is a six-month grace period following amendment approval during which countries may withdraw their approval. The WHO’s plan is for these amendments to go into effect during the World Health Assembly in 2024.

Timeline:

• May 22-28, 2022: World Health Assembly (WHA) to approve amendments.
• August 1, 2022: Draft text of the Pandemic Treaty expected.
• November 22, 2022: End 6-months period for countries to reject and withdraw from Treaty. After six months, they’ll enter into force and any rejection or reservation “shall have no effect,” according the Reclaim the Net article.
• 2024: WHO's amendments go into effect at World Health Assembly 2024.

The World Health Organization was founded on April 7, 1948, and is a specialized agency of the United Nations. The WHO claims that they are a global organization, made up of over 8,000 professionals including the “world’s leading health experts.”

The WHO is funded in two ways. First, funds come through hefty, yearly fees paid by the countries that partner with the WHO. The United States is one of the WHO’s top donors, contributing $730 million in 2021. Secondly, funds come through private donors. One of the biggest donors to the WHO will surely ring a bell… Bill Gates. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is the second-largest donor to the WHO with donations of nearly $780 million in 2021. Reclaim the Net: The International Pandemic Treaty: While the WHO framed this as an international pandemic treaty, the latest draft of the treaty has since evolved to cover all “health emergencies.”

Unlike the term “pandemic,” which is limited in scope and refers to the worldwide spread of infectious disease, the WHO’s definition of a “public health emergency of international concern” (PHEIC) is much broader and applies to all types of disease, regardless of whether they’re infectious or not.

The draft treaty places the “WHO at the center” and solidifies the WHO as “the directing and coordinating authority on international health” and gives it sweeping, legally binding powers to force member states to adopt many of the censorship and surveillance tools that were imposed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Some of the key areas of the draft treaty include:

• Global surveillance.
• International vaccine passports and contact tracing.
• Addressing “misinformation,” “disinformation,” and “too much information.
• Creating a ”International Pandemic Financing Facility” that will extract long-term (10-15 year) contributions of $5-10 billion per year.

Some of the key amendments that are being pushed by the Biden Administration include:

• Increased WHO powers to declare “potential” emergencies.
• Increased WHO powers to declare health emergencies.
• Global surveillance and data sharing.

July 18, 2022: WHO Changes Name of Pandemic Treaty to WHO Convention, Agreement or other International Instrument (CAII) as a Public Relations ploy by James Roguski.

June 1, 2022: Summary of 36,294 written contributions submitted to the first round of public hearings on April 12-13, 2022 by James Roguski. The majority of written contributions proposed that no international instrument should be established. There were differences in opinions as to whether a new international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response was required, and if so, its scope and nature. A second round of public hearings scheduled for June 16-17, 2022 has been postponed until AFTER a draft of the proposed “pandemic treaty” has been prepared.
